We partner with Happy Returns to offer free returns and exchanges. No need for a box or a printer. Start your return online and select the items you wish to return or exchange. Then, locate a Return Bar near you and use the QR code emailed by Happy Returns to complete your return drop-off in less than a minute.
Mail Returns
Box up your items, apply the label provided, and ship them back to us. You’ll get an email when your items have been received and your refund or exchange has been processed.
Sustainably Minded
All you need to make a return or exchange at a Happy Returns Bar is your QR code and your unused, unwashed items. Your styles are then shipped back to our warehouses in reusable packaging.
